## Summary

Procurement for Housing (PfH), a prominent national procurement consortium specialising in the social housing sector, is conducting an open procurement process to establish a Modular Buildings and Associated Services Framework. This process is crucial for supporting public bodies across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland through the provision of modular construction services. Notable deadlines include the tender period ending on 7th September 2026, with the award expected by 1st October 2026. The procurement falls under the works category and is estimated at a total value of £943 million net (gross value £1,131.6 million), divided into six lots covering various types of modular building services. The procurement method adopted is an open procedure, allowing broad participation to ensure a competitive tendering process.

The framework presents substantial growth opportunities for businesses, especially those specialising in construction, modular buildings, and associated consultancy services. With anticipated contracts suitable for delivery across a diverse range of projects including healthcare, education, and secure environments, this tender is particularly well-suited for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with a strong focus on quality and competitive pricing. Particularly, businesses capable of providing innovative modular solutions and meeting both economic and technical selection criteria will find this framework agreement a lucrative entry point into public sector contracting, further enhancing their market reach and project portfolio.
