This procurement falls under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) and is exempt from the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023. Interested providers must make contact by 12pm on Wednesday, 25th March 2026, following the details specified in the tender description. Planned services will be delivered within the UKH23 region.

This tender offers substantial growth opportunities for businesses in the healthcare industry, particularly those specialising in contraceptive services. It seeks providers capable of offering sexual health contraception services with Hertfordshire-based LARC clinics, fitting industry standards for clinical competency, cybersecurity, and governance. Companies with strong clinical governance, NICE compliance, and relevant accreditation in data security will be well-positioned to compete. The demand-led service aims to ease pressures on primary care services and vastly improve access to contraception for women, providing potential business expansion for qualified service providers. Businesses looking to leverage such opportunities must ensure compliance with stringent guidelines and demonstrate experience in providing similar healthcare services.
