## Summary

The Ministry of Defence is organising a Joint C-UAS Office Security Briefing Day, described as a Request for Information (RFI), set to take place at RAF High Wycombe on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at 13:00 in the Spitfire Auditorium, Site 1. This briefing falls under the category of 'Military electronic systems', focusing on strategic discussions related to UAS/C-UAS activities both in operation and within the UK Homeland. Although the event is in the planning stage, interested parties must submit Expressions of Interest by Friday, 3 April 2026, with attendance restricted to one person per company on a security-cleared basis. This briefing aims to inform industry partners and does not initiate any procurement activity or contract commitment.

This event presents an opportunity for businesses in command, control, communication, intelligence, surveillance, and electronic warfare systems to engage directly with the Ministry of Defence. Companies specialising in these fields will benefit from insights on the latest C-UAS developments, which could guide future collaboration and project opportunities. Participating in such briefings enhances industry visibility and facilitates networking with other entities working in defence-related sectors. The event is ideally suited for organisations, both established and emerging, that possess the necessary security credentials and technical expertise in military electronic systems, providing a platform for growth and potential partnership in upcoming endeavours.

## Notice

The intent of this RFI is to provide notification of a planned SECRET UK EYES ONLY (SUKEO) Security Briefing Day which will outline and advise Industry Partners on UAS/C-UAS activity on Ops and within the UK Homeland. This RFI does not constitute the start of any procurement activity or resultant contract - it is for information only, to inform Industry on the latest C-UAS developments.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Briefing is scheduled to be held at RAF High Wycombe, Thursday 23 April 26, within the Spitfire Auditorium located on Site 1. It is planned to start at 13:00, consisting of several briefs with time for questions and discussion as required. The planned dates are subject to change, further briefings beyond this date will be arranged at the discretion of the Authority. This RFI will be utilised by the Authority to collect Expressions of Interest from potential providers who wish to take part in the Security Briefing. Interested parties wishing to attend the event on Thursday 23 April 26 should respond no later than Fri 3 April 26; any response received post this deadline will not be accepted. Industry attendance is limited to one attendee per company on an enterprise basis with the requirement for confirmation of extant Security Clearance. To attend the Security Brief, all personnel will require Security Clearance at SC and have no restrictions attached to their clearance. When expressing an interest, the below information must be provided to ensure relevant passes can be requested by the host and must to be sent to Air-Joint-CUAS-Office@mod.gov.uk by the date stated above. Please use 'JCO Security Briefing Day' as the Subject to ensure that correspondence is allocated correctly from the shared inbox: * Title/Rank (as applicable) * Full Name * Company * Nationality * Security Clearance details including Date of Birth (to be provided by the Company Security Officer) * Email address of attendee (for pre-briefing correspondence) * Vehicle Make, Model, Colour and VRN (if visiting via car) * Following feedback from previous Security Briefing Days, a summary (approx. 100-200 words) of your company/organisation. These will be collated into a 'Who's Who' of attendees to enable collaboration. (Optional) Following completion of the Expression of Interest period, the Security Briefing agenda, arrival instructions and attendee requirements will be issued. The final discretion for any attendees at the briefing event will rest with the Authority and due to the limit on numbers, Expression of Interest does not automatically guarantee a place. For any interested parties without extant Security Clearance that wish to attend either this or subsequent events the Authority may be able to offer an alternative briefing at a classification of Official. Any parties requiring advice on this matter should contact Air-Joint-CUAS-Office@mod.gov.uk giving brief details of previously held clearances (if any) and further guidance will be provided. This will be at the Authority's discretion. Additional information: This advertised Security Brief does not indicate any formal intention by the Authority to enter into a tender/bid process and does not represent any formal commitment. All costs associated with attending the Briefings are the sole responsibility of the respondent.
