Roofing Planned roofing works, roof repairs, replacements, surveys and associated maintenance works. General Building up to PS50,000 Lower-value general building maintenance, repairs, minor works and small refurbishment projects up to PS50,000. General Building PS50,001 to PS500,000 Higher-value planned general building works, refurbishment, structural repairs and asset upgrade projects between PS50,001 and PS500,000. ### Planning Information Wolverhampton City Council is seeking feedback from interested suppliers in relation to a proposed Planned Building Maintenance and Minor Works Framework.
