## Summary

Wolverhampton City Council is currently in the tender stage for a significant procurement titled "CWC25131 - Planned Building Maintenance and Minor Works Framework". This procurement encompasses a variety of tasks such as building capital repairs, maintenance, and new builds across its public buildings and properties portfolio. The framework, scheduled to operate from 21 September 2026 to 20 September 2030, is divided into four lots, each focusing on specific areas like glazing, roofing, and general building works with a project value ranging from up to £50,000 to £500,000. The procurement process is being conducted through an open procedure, with electronic submissions allowed until 3 August 2026, and the awarding process by 1 September 2026. The category of industry involved is construction, specifically in regions identified as UKG39 within the UK.

This tender represents a lucrative opportunity for businesses specializing in construction and maintenance, especially those adept at glazing, roofing, and general building works. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly encouraged to participate, given the framework's suitability provisions. With the potential to engage in works spanning a substantial portfolio of properties, businesses can expand their operations and secure steady work over the framework's duration.
