Lot 1

Norfolk and Waveney ICB have awarded QEHKL funding to provide a Targeted Lung Cancer Screening Programme. The annual recurring costs are as follows: 1.0 WTE Band 7 PS63,000 1.0 WTE Band 3 PS33,000 1 PA for the responsible clinician and radiologist PS14,400 This funding is recurrent to 31 March 2029, at which point this will become a national screening programme. There has been a delay in starting the programme in 2025, and it is expected that the costs for this year will be reduced accordingly In addition, there is non-recurrent funding for 0.5 PA for 6 months of PS3,600. The total potential cost is PS445,200, as long as the option to extend on the contract is exercised. The effective date for this modification is 11th November 2025 and the value is PS445,200 to 31 March 2029. There is no change in contract dates or term which remains remains 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2030, inclusive of 3 year option to extend.
