### Procurement Information

Scottish Water (SW) intends to purchase DWQR/DWI approved membranes and ancillary parts, equipment, installation and maintenance of membranes from Dupont de Nemours Inc as required to suit SW business needs. Dupont de Nemours Inc are the manufacturer of the membranes. SW will purchase these membranes and services via the manufacturer's nominated distribution route for the products and services. Currently the manufacturer's sole UK distributor is FilmTec Water UK Ltd (previously Specialty Electronic Materials Ltd).
