The contract is for an initial one (1) year period, and may be extended by agreement in any number of periods not exceeding a total of a further ten (10) years. No exclusivity or guaranteed minimum tonnage will be offered in respect of this contract. The Contractor may be requested to dispose of volumes up to 50% higher than awarded in any contract year by agreement. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Renewal: An extension option could be used if the service is still required in it's current form and the supplier has been performing well.
