## Summary

The procurement process for the "IMAT Catering Tender" was initiated by the Impact Multi Academy Trust, a public authority based in Beckenham, United Kingdom. This tender, aiming to enhance catering services across five of its schools, falls under the school catering services industry category. With the procurement now at the award stage, Innovate Services Ltd has been selected as the supplier for this contract. The initial contract period commences on 1st August 2026 and is set to run for three years, ending on 31st July 2029, with an option for extension up to 2031 depending on performance and agreement.
