NHS Norfolk & Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) are awarding a PDS contract for the Provision of Orthodontic Dental Services in Norfolk

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The contract is to deliver Orthodontic Dental Services in Norfolk.

NHS Norfolk & Waveney ICB intends to award a contract to the existing provider Mr A R Hare via Direct Award Process C as described in Regulation 9 of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.

There is no considerable change to the contract or nature of the service. The current providers are meeting all requirements and expectations of the service and performing at a high standard and are likely to meet the requirements of the contract going forwards. 

The contract start date is 1st April 2027 for a period of 10 Years until 31st March 2037.

The total lifetime value of the contract is estimated to be at a value of PS6,205,140.80 (PS620,514.08 per annum) over the 10 year period and will be subject to DDRB uplift.

### Procurement Information

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice.
