Given the structured procurement stages, businesses equipped with strong pre-qualification capabilities and competitive pricing structures are well-positioned to gain a foothold in this market sector. The procurement process also highlights the chance for businesses to showcase their sustainability and service refinement skills during post-tender negotiations, further enhancing their business growth potential.
