The proposed framework will encompass the supply, installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, inspection, compliance, and survey of fire doors, in accordance with the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme, the BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance Scheme, and all applicable statutory and industry standards. ### Lot Information South Sector This PIN from The Board is to establish the number of suitably qualified suppliers that can demonstrate relevant third-party certification and competence in the installation and maintenance of fire doors. As a minimum, fire doors and door sets supplied, installed, maintained, repaired, or replaced under the framework shall be supported by appropriate certification and evidence of compliance with BS 8214, BS 476-20:1987, BS 476-22, and BS EN 1634:2014, as applicable to the works being undertaken.
