Aberdeen's annual events portfolio offers a rich and varied programme of attractions, activities and celebrations throughout the year which are designed to attract visitors to the city, to improve the quality of life of those who live or work in Aberdeen, and to strengthen Aberdeen's image and reputation. As part of the Council's ongoing commitment to improving the city's cultural and event offering, Aberdeen City Council seek a supplier of Event Production Services including but not limited to Staging, Public Address systems, Audio Visual Equipment, lighting, power and power distribution for these events.

Renewal: Any contract resulting from this ITT will initially be for two years with the option to extend for up to an additional 24 months i.e. a maximum of 4 years covered in total. The option to take up this annual extension will be at Aberdeen City Council's discretion.
