Crucially, these plans are stakeholder-driven, empowering businesses, residents, and public sector organisations to take an active role in enhancing economic competitiveness, social resilience and shaping a sustainable future. As part of the ICC, Ulster University developed a concept report exploring the potential of establishing a Positive Energy District (PED) in Strabane (see Appendix 1 attached), this report played a key role in shaping Strabane's EU Local Green Deal (see Appendix 2 attached). Your submission must be submitted via etendersNI, via this CFT. No other method of submissions will be accepted. Please refer to the CfT documents for further detail.
