## Summary

East London NHS Foundation Trust is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process requesting information on digital therapeutic mobile apps and website managed services, specifically focusing on the mental health inpatient bed base. The procurement is tagged as planning and seeks to assess market solutions and service models within the medical services industry, classified under hospital-related services. Located in London, the Foundation Trust is gathering information by 30th April 2026 to ensure it covers the aspects of value-for-money and future planning but is not committing to purchase or procure as a result of this request. Interested suppliers are encouraged to provide input that will be reviewed for service capability and compliance.

This procurement process presents a strategic opportunity for businesses specialising in digital health services, particularly those with expertise in hospital furniture and services, to showcase innovative solutions that align with the requirements set by the East London NHS Foundation Trust. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) could benefit significantly by participating in the information gathering exercise, possibly leading to future contract opportunities. Suppliers with strong operational approaches, mobilisation strategies, and competitive indicative pricing may find themselves well-positioned to influence the Trust's decisions regarding hospital bed services solutions. Responses will help shape potential future procurement activities, offering businesses an avenue to impact healthcare development positively.
