### Lot Information

Lot 1

Options: The Authority reserves the right to delete from or add to this programme as may be dictated by circumstances from time to time. This may include any testing that has inadvertently been missed from the maintenance programme.

Renewal: The Contract may be extended beyond the Initial Term on a maximum of two (2) occasions, for a period of up to one (1) year on each occasion (each a "Renewal Period") at the Authority's sole discretion, by the Authority giving the Contractor not less than one (1) months' notice prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or the Renewal Period (as applicable).
