## Summary

The East London NHS Foundation Trust is currently in the planning stage of a procurement process for a Digital Therapeutic Mobile App and Website, aimed at enhancing mental health services for children and young people aged 11-19 within London. The focus lies on IT services, including consulting, software development, internet provision, and support. This Request for Information (RFI), issued on 30th March 2026, intends to gather market intelligence rather than invite competition or procurement proposals. Interested parties must submit their responses by 30th April 2026, following a clarification period that ends on 15th April 2026. The planned contract period for potential projects, subject to future procurement decisions, spans from May 2026 to March 2028.

This tender represents a substantial business growth opportunity for firms specialising in digital health solutions. Businesses that provide IT services, particularly those skilled in digital therapeutics, mobile app development, and website management, will find this venture well-suited to their capabilities. The opportunity is open to SMEs, inviting them to collaborate in delivering transformative mental health solutions that aim to build resilience among young people while enhancing systemic efficiencies in North East London's Integrated Care Systems. Suppliers are encouraged to present their service models, pricing structures, and innovative approaches that align with this vision, aiding in shaping the strategic trajectory of next-generation health services.
