### Lot Information

Lot 1 Microsoft Enterprise Agreements

Lot 1 - Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. DCC is contracted up to 31st August 2027 for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreements. The authority needs to be in a position to go live with the agreements on 1st September 2027 for the first three year term. This may involve a Change of Channel Partner (COCP) which will be processed via the relevant Microsoft routes. Under this agreement it is DCC's intention to call off 2 x 3 year terms for the Microsoft Enterprise Agreements.

Lot 2 - Ad hoc Licences.

This lot is required for ad hoc licences which will be purchased over the period of the framework. The authority has provided a list of the Ad hoc licences which were purchased in a 12 month period (May 2024 to April 2025) these form the pricing schedule for Lot 2, this does not guarantee the quantities of future requirements. This information has been provided to enable suppliers can gain an understanding of the variety of licensing the authority has purchased.
