Renfrewshire Council are seeking to engage with the Asbestos Surveying and Analytical Services Market to feed into the development of a future Contract(s) for Asbestos Surveys and Analytical Services for Domestic Properties and Common Areas. There are two different workstream requirements: Void and General Housing including Common Areas - Asbestos Surveys & Analytical Services. The estimated volumes per year for this requirement will vary but below sets out estimates: - Common Areas in Renfrewshire - 1,900 - survey volumes not yet known - Void and General Repairs - 765 per annum Projects - this would cover all the different capital works programmes that are ongoing or due to start.
