The scope is focused on delivering modern, safe, efficient, and sustainable workplaces that support operational requirements, workforce wellbeing, and future business growth. The programme will typically encompass comprehensive internal refurbishments and associated enabling works, which may include upgrades to building fabric, mechanical and electrical systems, welfare facilities, office layouts, and depot operational spaces, aligned to corporate standards and evolving business needs. The property portfolio is either owned or leased. Minimum Criteria to be invited to take part in a Tender: Suppliers must return their expression of interest by the deadline date in order to be invited to take part in a qualification (AQ) process. Only suppliers that pass the AQ criteria will be invited to take part in the Invitation to Tender (ITT). AQ activity will be managed by e-mail. Subsequent ITT activity will be managed via IBuy SAP Ariba Portal.
