### Lot Information

Lot 1

Renewal: There will be two consecutive extensions to align with the PS & Works Frameworks the solution will be supporting. The first extension option allows the contract to be extended for an additional 4 years, the second extension option by a further 2 years (4+4+2). Extensions are dependent on the extension of the Works & PS Frameworks the solution will be managing whereby the Frameworks' term is 3+3+2. The extended and the maximum terms for this contract allow call-off contracts to conclude following the expiration of the Frameworks at each break point.
