Professional Services and 2. Works, on behalf of Transport and Highways. The Contract Management solution will onboard and manage contracts as services or works are called-off from each of the two Frameworks. The solution MUST be capable of providing support for NEC4 contracts with x, y & z clauses included. The implementation of the solution shall commence in July-August 2026 with a requirement to go-live as soon as practicable. The contract will be in force for a period of 4 years with an opportunity to extend by a further 4 years, then a further opportunity to extend by a further 2 years (a maximum of 10 years). The first extension option allows the contract to be extended for an additional 4 years, the second extension option by a further 2 years (4+4+2). Extensions are dependent on the extension of the Works & PS Frameworks the solution will be managing whereby the Frameworks' term is 3+3+2.
