### Procurement Information

Anexsys provides the technical capability required to transfer our information, which other suppliers may lack. Even if alternatives could meet the requirement, onboarding a new supplier and building the necessary technical integrations would take significant time and incur avoidable costs. There is insufficient time to both run a competitive tender and establish the required technical capabilities. A full competitive process would take over six months, followed by an additional two months for onboarding and system integration--capabilities that are already in place with Anexsys.
