Contract 2: Mixed age adults (age 18+) with a range of needs, including dementia and learning disabilities, who reside in the Bristol Court Extra Care Scheme. The purpose of the Services are to provide high quality care and support which enables and encourages Residents to live as independently as possible within the Schemes for as long as possible.
