Purpose of this Market Engagement The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to: * Share our initial scope, objectives, and proposed delivery model. * Gather feedback from potential suppliers on service delivery approaches, innovation, and value for money. * Understand market capacity, capability, and appetite for the opportunity. Deadline for Expressions of Interest: 16th April 2026 at 5pm, please complete the below appendix and return via a Chest message via the Chest messaging service with the subject title "Pre-Market Expression of Interest Confirmation" by the Expression of Interest deadline. Please note at this stage is not a tender submission and we just need an Expression of Interest.

Purpose of this Market Engagement
The purpose of this pre-market engagement exercise is to:
• Share our initial scope, objectives, and proposed delivery model.
• Gather feedback from potential suppliers on service delivery approaches, innovation, and value for money.
• Understand market capacity, capability, and appetite for the opportunity.
Indicative Scope of Services
The scope of services may include, but is not limited to:
• Day-to-day responsive repairs to occupied properties.
• Empty Homes refurbishment works to our enhanced lettable standard.
• Out-of-hours emergency repairs for a limited number of specialist trades.
• Compliance-related works, such as Electrical Safety Checks.
Further details regarding the full scope of works and proposed lots are provided in the accompanying table below.
Supplier Engagement Events
We will be holding two supplier engagement events:
1) Online Event (Microsoft Teams) on 23rd April 2026.
2) In-Person Event at our Head Office in Rochdale, on 24th April 2026.
These events will provide an opportunity to discuss the proposed procurement, delivery expectations, structure of our lots, and supplier feedback.
