Work will be awarded via both direct award and competition depending on the value. All suppliers need to be able to undertake work across the TW region. The current TW alarm estate consists of a combination of Advance, Protec, Gent and Kentec. The overall strategy is to standardise to Advance panels across the TW region. Thames Water reserves the right to refine the award criteria.
