  The proposed teaching facility is an extension of the existing teaching block at NSCG Newcastle. It is situated to the north of the main campus building and is connected via a new 4 storey link. The external elevations will be constructed from render, rainscreen cladding and glazed curtain walling. Internally, the building will provide 20 class bases including ancillary accommodation for staff and WC facilities.
