Voice Services The Utilities require modern, resilient voice services that integrate cleanly with the future WAN and SD-WAN estate and support on-premises, cloud and hybrid deployment patterns. LAN Hardware Maintenance & Support The Utilities require a consolidated and proactive LAN support service capable of maintaining a stable, secure and compliant estate across IT sites, OT/CNI sites are not in scope of for this contract.. The successful Bidder will assume responsibility for stabilising and maintaining the existing LAN hardware, providing break/fix support, controlled replacement, configuration governance and lifecycle management.
