## Summary

Invest Northern Ireland, the economic development agency sponsored by the UK's Department for the Economy, has initiated an open procurement process to establish an Economic Services Framework Agreement titled "ID 6194064 – DfE Invest NI – Economics Services Framework Agreement". This tender, under the purview of Northern Irish devolved regulations, focuses on procuring economic advisory services to aid in business case development, evaluation support, and post-project evaluations. The procurement, with a total gross value of £2,400,000, adopts an open procedure method and is segmented into three lots each aiming to cover a range of consultancy services such as economic impact assessment and financial management consulting. The tender period concludes on 12 May 2026, with submissions required electronically through the eTendersNI platform. Invest Northern Ireland is situated in Belfast, and the services are sought within the UK region UKN06.

This tender represents a notable opportunity for businesses specialising in business and management consultancy, economic impact assessments, and financial management consultancy services. With plans to engage multiple suppliers within three distinct lots, companies that offer competitive expertise in economic consulting and have a focus on quality and experience are well-suited to benefit from this framework agreement. Moreover, due to the significant budget and the possibility for an extension, successful tenderers will have the potential to secure sustained business, facilitating growth and expansion. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are explicitly welcomed to participate, making this an excellent opportunity for agile consultancy firms seeking to bolster their portfolios by engaging in Northern Ireland's economic development initiatives.
