## Summary

The procurement process titled "Pathology referred testing 2026" is managed by South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, located in Middlesbrough, UK. The tender falls under the services category, specifically "Pathology services" (CPV: 85111800), with the procurement covering a duration from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2029. The procurement method employed is a limited procedure without a prior publication call, under the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR), allowing for awards to pre-existing service providers. This tender presents substantial opportunities for growth, particularly for pathology service providers, across the UK. The procurement's significant total value of £2,852,768.49 (excluding VAT) indicates a robust investment in healthcare services, with yearly estimations outlining high annual values per trust. This opens prospects for firms specialising in diverse pathology services, including but not limited to biochemistry, virology, and immunology.
