Cavity Wall Insulation - 141nr (Properties that require CWI works - 100 recorded). The elements of work are consistent with general building works which should improve the EPC value and contribute to energy efficiency of the properties. These works may assist Derby Homes when working towards decarbonisation as making homes more energy efficient may result in reduced energy usage by Tenants when heating properties.

Options: Contract start date 01/04/2026 with term of 24 months plus optional extensions of 3x 12 months at the discretion of Derby Homes Limited.
