## Notice

Bolsover District Council wishes to appoint a principal contractor on the basis of a JCT contract for their Bathroom Refurbishment Programme within tenanted council owned homes. Lot 1

Renewal: There is an option to extend for 2 years plus an additional term of 2 years. The total contract term is up to a maximum term of 4 years and 8 months until Monday 31st March 2031. if all extension periods are exercised. Any extension will be subject to the contractor's performance, Council requirements and budget requirements and mutual consent between that Council and the contractor.
