## Notice

Swindon Borough Council has a requirement to replace obsolete Kitchens as part of the asset refresh on cyclical basis. The initial contract term will be for Three (3) years with an option to extend for a further Two (2) years. Estimated contract spend is PS3.3m excl. VAT across the initial 3 year contract term and PS6.6m excl. VAT (PS7.92m incl. VAT) across the potential total Five (5) year contract term.
