## Summary

Leeds Trinity University is in the planning stage of a procurement process seeking an e-Tendering platform, classified under the industry category of procurement software packages. The university, located in Leeds, United Kingdom, is gathering information to assess the cost-effectiveness and value for money of their current solution, with no guarantee that a tender will follow. Interested suppliers should submit their proposals by 7 May 2026, with the procurement covering a period from 1 June 2026 to 31 May 2027. The primary focus is on acquiring a platform that enables setting up tender events, handling tender documents, and facilitating supplier responses while maintaining functionality for communication and system audits.

This tender represents an opportunity for businesses specialising in procurement software solutions to engage with a public authority in the education sector. Suppliers offering comprehensive e-Tendering solutions could leverage this engagement to demonstrate value and potentially secure future work should a tender arise. Ideal candidates would be businesses proficient in developing tender management and document handling software, with capabilities to provide detailed proposals and pricing options that address both core and optional functionalities. This preliminary market engagement could pave the way for future business growth opportunities with Leeds Trinity University or similar institutions.
