## Summary

NHS Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board has awarded a contract for telemedicine services to Immedicare LLP. The service aims to deliver 24/7 video-enabled clinical healthcare support to care homes in North Yorkshire and York, connecting them to the Airedale Hub for clinical advice. This initiative is crucial for reducing pressure on local NHS services by providing clinical healthcare support where residents can be cared for in their usual place of residence. The contract term is from 27 April 2026 to 31 March 2027, with a potential extension for one additional year. The contract's approximate lifetime value is £1,000,500 and is part of a limited procurement method using the Provider Selection Regime as outlined in the Health Care Services Regulations 2023.

This telemedicine service contract represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the healthcare technology and service sectors, particularly those specialising in innovative telemedicine solutions and healthcare integration. With a focus on delivering safe, effective, patient-centred care, businesses capable of demonstrating high quality, innovation, and technical ability would be well-suited to participate in similar procurement opportunities. Emphasising social value, service sustainability, and integration, businesses aspiring to grow in this field will find an avenue to not only compete but also contribute to reducing health inequalities and enhancing patient choice in the specified regions.
