## Summary

The Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust is progressing with the intention to award a contract under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) for the "Out of Hours Clinical Assessment and Home Visiting Service" to an inpatient Detoxification Unit located in Hampshire. The contract, valued at approximately £62,028.00, is set to commence on 1st May 2026 and has a potential maximum expiry of 30th April 2027. This procurement falls under the industry category of Rehabilitation Hospital Services and involves a limited procurement method without prior publication of a call for competition. The process is currently in the award stage, and decision-makers must receive representations by 24th April 2026, as the standstill period has begun.

This tender offers opportunities for businesses specialising in healthcare services, particularly those equipped to provide out-of-hours clinical support to facilities managing detoxification and rehabilitation. Companies with experience in managing non-specialist medical conditions in similar settings will find this contract beneficial, particularly as it complements existing provisions of dedicated specialty doctor and consultant psychiatry support. Although the contract is likely to be awarded to an existing provider following direct award procedures, businesses with a robust service portfolio in healthcare may consider similar opportunities within the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust or explore direct discussions for future tenders.
