## Summary

Peterborough City Council is currently in the planning stage for the development of three new frameworks, set to commence on 1st April 2027 and concluding on 31st March 2031. These frameworks aim to provide comprehensive services in multidisciplinary consultancy, mechanical and electrical work, and repairs and maintenance. The procurement falls under the 'works' category and is above the threshold. A Supplier Engagement Event is scheduled for 15th May 2026, offering suppliers the opportunity to provide feedback and learn more about the procurement process. This event will be held in Peterborough, within the United Kingdom, with morning and afternoon sessions and networking opportunities.

These frameworks represent significant business growth opportunities for companies operating in areas such as property consultancy, engineering, and maintenance services. Small and medium-sized enterprises, in particular, are encouraged to participate, as the frameworks will be split into smaller lots, allowing them to tender for specialised areas or apply for multiple lots. The initiative promotes accessibility for various contractors, encouraging both local and broader participation within the regions of UKH11 and UKH12 in the United Kingdom. Engaging with this tender could help businesses enhance their portfolio and gain more visibility in public sector procurement.
