Mechanical and Electrical Framework Aimed at supporting effective management and maintenance of our assets, this framework will ensure statutory compliance, safety, value for money, consistent service delivery, and improved asset performance. It will cover areas such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, boilers, water systems, renewable energy, fire safety, electrical safety, security systems, and more. Repairs and Maintenance Framework This will provide a comprehensive and auditable approach to reactive repairs and maintenance for council-owned and managed assets. The focus will be on timely and efficient response, improved consistency, enhanced transparency, reduced asset downtime, and alignment with our broader asset management strategy. Covered areas include multi-trade maintenance, brickwork, carpentry, plastering, painting, flooring, glazing, roofing (under PS25k), drainage, fencing, clearances, removals, and passive fire works (under PS25k).
