Options: There are 4 different route options in Appendix C1 The pricing evaluation shall be based solely on Option 1. Pricing for Options 2, 3, and 4 should also be included within your response but will be treated in a pass/fail manner based on whether the full set of pricing is provided. The Council reserves the right to exercise Options 2, 3, or 4 at any time during the term of the Contract to allow flexibility in service scope and organisational requirements. The Council will select the most suitable option to proceed with upon award of the contract, and review this on an annual basis.
