For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award Due to the urgency of an unexpected even the COCH needed to make an urgent award for the OH Pysician requirement. COCH current supplier unexpectedly took early retirement, therefore it was not possible for COCH not to have a service.
