Delivery of Kent, Surrey & Sussex Public Health Practitioner Development Programme (UKPHR) The contract shall be awarded for the maximum contract value on a call off basis payable on the volume of activity undertaken with no commitment to spend. Initial contract term of 15 months with the option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each. Option to extend for 2 periods of up to 12 months each.
