The contract is valued at £15,856 and will be operational from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027. Coram Voice's success in this contract underscores the importance of having a proven service delivery track record and adherence to national advocacy standards. The procurement method adopted, being a direct award, highlights a preference for reliability and previous satisfactory service performance, indicating potential opportunities for capable service providers to engage in future procurement rounds by establishing similar credentials and experience.
