## Summary

The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, a central government public authority, is currently at the planning stage for a tender titled "NEYPPC Pharmacy - ULM Manufactured Parenteral Specials Dynamic Market-Establishment". This procurement process is focused on the pharmaceutical products category and involves establishing a Dynamic Market for the supply of unlicensed manufactured parenteral specials. It is managed by the North East and Yorkshire NHS Pharmaceutical Purchasing Consortium. This procurement process, taking place in Leeds, UK, initiates with a preliminary market engagement event scheduled for the 24th of June 2026. Interested suppliers must express their interest by the 19th of June 2026 by fulfilling specific requirements like providing a summary of their relevant experience.

This tender presents a significant opportunity for businesses involved in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly those capable of producing unlicensed medicines that comply with UK regulatory standards. The Dynamic Market aims to support flexible and sustainable procurement, allowing for responsive sourcing in a dynamic medicines landscape. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs) are explicitly considered suitable for participation. With the potential for ongoing supplier admission and a planned contract period from March 2027 to March 2037, this initiative can facilitate growth and stable supply partnerships for businesses meeting the necessary licensing and approval requirements.
