The requirement was tendered as two lots with the following assets listed as requiring services plus any associated services: Lot 1 Fire Safety Maintenance Service * Access Control * Affray Alarm * Cell Call Systems * Communications - Public Address Systems * Door Access Control * Emergency Assistance Alarm * Emergency Voice Communication Systems * Fire Alarm - Voice Alarm Systems * Flood Alarm System * Intercom System * Intruder Alarms Lot 2 Access Safety Maintenance Service * Aspirating Smoke Detection * Fire Alarm System Suppliers were able to submit tenders for any single option, all available options, or a combination of options. A single contract has been awarded for both lots. The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months at the discretion of the authority.
