The contract will be split into 8 lots - Lot 1 - North East Lot 2 - North West & Cumbria Lot 3 - Midlands Lot 4 - Yorkshire & East Lot 5 - South East Lot 6 - Scotland Lot 7 - South West Lot 8 - Isle of Wight Contract term The Contract will be for a period of 33 months, with a possible extension of 24 months on two occasions subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract. ### Lot Information Lot 1 - North East The Contract is for the provision of flooring supply, delivery, installation and associated services within the North East area. Renewal: Option to extend by 24 months on two occasions subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract. Lot 2 - North West & Cumbria The Contract is for the provision of flooring supply, delivery, installation and associated services within the North West & Cumbria area. Renewal: Option to extend by 24 months on two occasions subject to the rights of termination contained in the Contract.
