## Notice

Places for People & Anchor Hanover Group are seeking to contract with 1 (potentially 2) suppliers to provide a full turn-key management & install approach to EV Infrastructure over the next 15 years with a possible further extension per. Exact details of sites and plans will be provided upon award of contract. Locations Includes: Social Housing Estates Development Sites Residential Car Parks some w/ access to the general public Care Homes Retirement Villages Scope of Works: Survey, design, install, maintenance and commission of new EV chargers across existing infrastructure and new developments Replace obsolete, unsupported, or non-compliant chargers Manage DNO applications, planning, highways approvals, and landlord consents 24/7 Monitoring and fault response Customer Support All of the above is subject to change prior to the tender being published.

### Planning Information

The Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) will cover on why this is a Joint Procurement between Places for People (PfP) & Anchor Hanover Group, an overview of its current position and the no. of sites to be included within the full contract, a brief look at the scope of works including Asset Lifecycle Management & EV Infrastructure Management , a talk on the procurement route we plan to use and next steps, an overview of KPI's & the potential for Social Value & ESG initiatives. 
Places for People & Anchor Hanover Group will be hosting a webinar to interested parties expanding on our joint requirements, giving an overview of the proposed scope of works, discuss some of the challenges faced so far, future expectations and start to form the basis of dialogue with the interested parties. This webinar will allow for Q&A's at the end, we may be unable to answer all questions submitted and will deal with these in order of which they come in. Following the webinar Places for People & Anchor Hanover Group will be hosting face to face 1-2-1 sessions at Anchor Hanover Group's London office, dated 18th - 19th May for some of the interested parties. This 1-2-1 session include some interview questions and it will be an opportunity for the market to have a two way dialogue with Places for People & Anchor Hanover Group stakeholders to understand and help shape the requirements and strategy for the procurement and to comment on the proposed procurement process. It will also allow Places for People & Anchor Hanover Group to understand the capacity and capability of the market and the art of the possible. Any findings during these sessions which are relevant to the tender will be made clear and accessible to all participants during the submissions period.
