The council is unable to make any commitment to the levels stated within the ITT. As quantities may vary the contract is to be awarded at a value up to PS5m for the initial period to account for this unknown element. The Fees shall remain fixed for the Initial Term, however should the contract be extended the Supplier may increase the Fees in accordance with the contract terms. Renewal: Contract may be extended up to a period of 5 years consisting of 2 x 2 year extensions followed by a 1 year extension. ### Planning Information Bristol City Council wishes to invite contractors to a virtual supplier's information event on Monday 11th May 2026 from 1.30-2.30pm. We recommend this event is attended by any prospective bidder. The purpose of the event is to engage with the market in advance of issuing a formal ITT's by providing early information and background to our requirements and gain an understanding of the market capacity / capability to deliver the scope. We intend to discuss the scope of the procurement as well as providing an overview of the procurement and contracting approach. Time will be allotted for questions and answers and depending on questions asked we may follow individually with contractors.
