The Council anticipates awarding a place on the framework to the top eight scoring bidding organisations scoring over 60% overall (subject to a minimum score of 40% out of 60% for the technical score and meeting all essential criteria). The initial duration of the proposed Framework Agreement is 2 years subject to the right of the Council (at its sole discretion) to exercise its option to extend for up to 2 x 12 months subject to funding. The Framework does not include any guarantee of any minimum volume of works, or any minimum expenditure.
