## Summary

The Link Group, based in Edinburgh, United Kingdom, has initiated a procurement process to establish a multi-lot Framework Agreement for the provision of legal services, under the open procedure method. This procurement, classified within the legal services industry (CPV code: 79100000), is divided into five lots covering corporate legal matters, acquisitions and disposals, housing management and debt recovery in both east and west regions, and development services. The Framework is expected to last for 36 months with a potential extension of up to 24 more months. The tender process has been updated with key changes, extending the submission deadline to 29th May 2026, with tenders opening shortly thereafter on the same day in Edinburgh. The legal basis for this procurement is aligned with the CELEX codes 32014L0024, adhering to European Union directives.

This tender presents lucrative opportunities for businesses, particularly law firms and legal service providers, that specialize in areas specified by the Link Group, such as employment law, corporate governance, conveyancing, housing management, and development law. Such firms holding the necessary insurance and legal qualifications, notably membership with the Law Society of Scotland, are ideally positioned to compete. Additionally, firms experienced in working with registered social landlords or local authorities may find this contract particularly advantageous for expanding their portfolio within the public sector. The contract's broad scope across multiple regions and services offers a substantial opportunity for those looking to consolidate and grow their public procurement footprint in the legal sector.
