## Summary

Procurement for Housing (PfH), a prominent national procurement consortium in the social housing sector, has initiated its planning stage to establish a Professional Services and Recruitment Framework. The framework is being developed to enhance procurement efficiency in the UK and is scheduled to commence on 19 January 2027, running until 18 January 2030, with a possible extension to 18 January 2031. The engagement milestone is set for 20 May 2026, encouraging market insight into proposed aspects of the upcoming framework. Businesses across professional services and recruitment industries are invited to provide feedback to supportservices@pfh.co.uk, marking the subject as "Preliminary Market Engagement – Professional Services and Recruitment." The initiative is headquartered in Birchwood, Warrington, and promises substantial business opportunities aligned with the needs of PfH's extensive membership.

This procurement framework presents significant growth opportunities for businesses specialising in professional services, recruitment solutions, and related technologies. The framework will cover managed and general recruitment services along with technology solutions for recruitment, and is especially suitable for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) due to its structure and division into lots. The planned procurement, valued at £72,000,000 gross, aims to procure efficient and innovative solutions to improve social housing sector operations across the UK. Companies excelling in business services such as law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, printing, and security will find this an advantageous opportunity to expand and contribute to improved efficiency within the social housing sector.
