This contract is for a new back office solution within Safer Roads Humber, due to the current solution no longer being supported. The team processes road traffic offences, submitted by officers and staff. The Startraq system offered by Polaris is an end-to-end solution that automates many processes. It also reduces the requirement for other contracts. The system is linked to the National system "Pentip", Startraq system uses Pentip at the end of the processes which gives further efficiencies.

Options: Following the initial 5 year term, there are 2 x 12 month extension options.
