This Transparency Notice is published to clarify the procedural position in relation to the procurement referenced above. A UK12 notice was issued in error during this procurement. No contract award was made, and the issue of the UK12 does not affect the underlying procurement process, which has otherwise been conducted lawfully and in accordance with the published documents.
