## Notice

The framework is advertised on an 8-year open framework basis, the framework will establish 2 distinct lots, there is no maximum amount of lots a contractor can bid for, this will include: 1. Lot 1 - Electrical Inspection, Testing and Solar PV Inspections 2. Lot 2 - Electrical Rewiring Works

### Lot Information

Electrical Inspection, Testing and Solar PV Inspections

* Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) * Associated inspection findings and formal reporting * Inspection and testing of Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installations where present Services may be delivered to domestic dwellings (occupied and void) and communal areas, as instructed at call-off stage.

Renewal: Barcud Shared Services intends to establish an open framework scheme with a maximum duration of up to 8 years. In accordance with section 49 of the Procurement Act 2023, the scheme will be reopened at least once within the first 3 years through the award of a successive framework on substantially the same terms. Barcud Shared Services may, at its discretion, reopen the scheme again at further intervals during its life, provided that any successive framework is awarded within 5 years of the previous award and the overall scheme does not exceed 8 years in total.

Electrical Rewiring Works

* Full or partial electrical rewiring to domestic properties and void properties * Consumer unit replacement and circuit upgrades * Upgrades to earthing and bonding * Installation of fire detection systems * Testing, certification and making good
